I purchased this at my local dollar store and it made for a perfect gift at my baby shower! It was a great shade of blue almost with a glittery look to it. It was the perfect size and could fit in a travel bag if needed. They had many different colours to choose from and it seems to be a great material. It is good to use on all types of nails and does leave that professional manicured look that it advertises to do. Definitely a better quality then some other buffers I have bought, and it was only a dollar! They make for great gifts too!!
