Would not recommend for African-American hair

I purchased this product a few months ago and found it was not effective on Black hair. It left my hair pretty dry once rinsed and difficult to detangle when drying even with prior detangling in the shower. I normally like Dove products but this one isn't suitable for Black hair as Black hair is usually dry to start.

My go to hair repair!

I color my hair once a month and use this conditioner to help repair any damage cause by coloring. The scent is amazing and it makes my long hair feel silky and healthy.

Need the Costco size to get the knots out

I bought a huge Costco bottle of this for my long tangly hair. I need to pump it four times from a l.5 litre bottle to get enough lubrication to get my fingers through my hair. I love dove products but this one fell short for me.

Leaves super soft and manageable

Effective conditioner

I highly recommend this product. I always have dry and frizzy hair. This conditioner helps in making it tame and manageable. It is also affordable and can easily be bought in supermarkets.
