I bought while on sale. Product worked as well as to be expected and worked to meet my needs as a deordant. If you are looking for something new to try, give it a go. While it isn’t my preferred type, it came close.

I found this to be very meh, it was softer than most deodorant but it didn't work very well and I had to keep reapplying, I probably wouldn't buy again but I didn't hate it

Dont let your smell defy you let it define you

Dove deoderant is the only brand that works for me and doesnt leave my skin broken, i absolutely lobe this scent as well as the pearl finishes! And is great for working within a budget!

not recommend this product

when using this product I found that no matter what activity I did, be it office work or a running workout I was not in my best sense. I became embarassed and self-conscious. I changed laundry detergents, no difference. I changed antiperspirants and things smelled better.

Mild in feel and performance

Two main things about this Dove anti-perspirant: "feel" (perceived chemical feel on skin, application texture, effect of fragrance) and "performance" (sweat-guarding effectiveness, de-odorizing factor, impact on clothing).

Compared to other products that I normally use, this product felt more creamy and smooth when applying, more noticeable in colder temperatures when a deodorant stick would usually be firmer. I used the unscented variety from Dove, which, compared to scented products from other brands, gave the sense of being much more gentle--my nose didn't sting, an important factor for me. My skin wasn't as super-sensitive then as is now, and my armpits aren't really an area of concern for me when it comes to sensitivity, but I believe that this product is mild enough to use for most people with moderate to high sensitivity.

The creamier texture resulted in heavier application than intended, particularly when the product was warmer than (I guess) optimal. I sweated through the product more than other brands', and the Dove variety got on my clothes more noticeably than other brands'. At the time of using, I didn't smell bad when I sweated (I produce a lot more odor now); I don't know if the product will hold up as well as it did for me then, but at the time, it held up well in the odor-guarding department.

The "mild" qualities of Dove Powder Anti-perspirant were somewhat welcome, but measured against performance, the price didn't justify buying the product. If you're looking for a deodorant for sensitive skin or higher ethical standards, choose an organic, mostly-natural anti-perspirant without aluminum from a different brand--I recently used one and it was effective and gentle for my overly sweaty and sensitive skin.

Smells great but doesn't really keep the sweat away

Smell: Smells great and not offensive... I can't really describe it but it doesn't smell artificial
Texture: Doesn't feel sticky or yucky. Very normal wear
Effectiveness: Kept the smells away but not the sweat. However, I don't think most anti-perspirants can really do it unless they are clinical strength.

Not what I was hoping for

As mentioned in many of my other reviews I have always loved the dove brand. This deodorant unfortunately is not a pick for me. I was quite disappointed after trying this one out. One of the worst parts of deodorant is he white stains that show up on black. I found after lots of use that my one work out shirt made out of spandex material has white that almost won't wash out! Also I found this deodorant only lasted half th day which can be extremely frustrating!

Good but not the best

I like this deodorant for winter however I don't find it is strong enough to stand the test of summer months. Light fragrance, pretty and feminine. Decent price however in my case only really to be used in the colder months.

I would stick with Lady Speed Stick

I've tried this deodorant once, but quickly switched back to Lady Speed Stick. Unfortunately, it didn't work well with protecting me from odour and wetness, and I also didn't like the powder scent. Although I enjoy some Dove products, I am not a fan of their deodorants and antiperspirants and would recommend other brands.

Dove Anti-perspirant not my favorite

I have tried 3 different Dove anti-perspirant products, and the baby powder scent one was the best of the three, but I would not purchase any of them again.
