I am a big fan of this dry shampoo!! I have dark brown hair and can be very fine, so it's hard to find an affordable dry shampoo that doesn't leave a white cast or weigh down my hair. I love that this gives me volume and texture. Dove's dry shampoo DOES have a white cast when it's sprayed in, but I leave it to absorb oil for a few minutes, and then brush it out really well. The white residue gets absorbed and brushed away easily, leaving my hair feeling fresh.

I used this dry shampoo several times and on the whole it wasn't bad. I have another brand that I usually use but thought this would be a great opportunity to try it out when i was sent a sample to try.

My first issue was the smell. It smelled nice but it was too string for me. If you are sensitive to smell this is not the product for you. Second was it didn't absorb the grease as well as others. It was fine but not outstanding.

All in all I would say this product is OK and if you love the scent associated with dove you will lie it... otherwise I think there are others that work better.

I live for dry shampoos. I'm someone who only washes my hair once a week, so dry shampoo always comes to my rescue half way through the week. I love this product for the magic it works with making my hair look clean and fresh. I don't necessarily love the smell, i find its a bit to perfumee for me. But i still use it because of the way it works so well. If you need dry shampoo in your life, this is the stuff to buy.

Ive been given the chance to test out the new Dove Refresh and Care Dry Shampoo via @chickadvisor for a little bit now and have formerd my opinion on this product! I will cut straight to the chase and say YOU WILL LOVE IT AND NEED IT! I have tried many other brands of dry shampoo before and always had to work around certain cons of those products, like the over cast of white in your hair especally if you have darker hair or roots, as if you dumped baby powder in your hair! No matter how much you worked it in its still there, the smell too of other brands as if you just sprayed pure chemicals, which i know is what is made up of dry shampoo but you dont want to smell like it! Residue! Ugh the residue! Nothing worse than looking like you have dandruff! The Dove Refresh and Care dry shampoo has done none of any of those points i made! It does what is suspose too which is refresh your hair inbetween washes or give volume to flat hair!

I found this product to wrk better as a refresher on clean hair then as an exteder for hair that has a bit of oil.I found the powder clung to the hair instead of getting absorbed. I really like it though to use after work to refresh my hair before going out.

This product does give my hair an ashen cast, but I'm fine with that. It really does make my hair feel cleaner and has a plesent smell. I feel as though the ashen cast would go away if I brushed my hair out more.

I've used other dry shampoos before that either left residue, made my hair feel heavy or had a fragrance I didn't care for. Dove Refresh is a great product and I would definitely continue to use it. No white residue left (I have black hair so this is a big plus!). I also have fine hair and find some dry shampoos weigh my hair down but this is nice and light.

For the price and the accessibility of this product, I would definitely buy this again once I run out!

I am a dry shampoo junky - so maybe my standards are a little high. I only wash my hair with shampoo and water twice a week at most. First, the good. The dry shampoo smells GREAT, just like you would expect from a Dove product. It wasn't a heavy scent and it doesn't hang with me all day. You know what I mean! Often dry shampoos are so heavily scented you can't help but smell it all day. It certainly made my hair soft and left my hair less oily.

The downside was just that it maybe made my hair too soft. I like my dry shampoo to give my hair a little boost of volume and this one doesn't do that for me. It's great for the beginning of the no-shampoo cycle, so I will finish using it, however I have other dry shampoos that are better for the latter half of the cycle where I need a little more strength.

Use as the instructions list. And shake can throughout use to prevent white residue but omg yes!
Best dry shampoo I've used.
Not stiff or crunchy. Fresh scent. Actually gives instant body and absorbs grease! I'm switching brands!
