I picked this mousse up as i have thin hair that needs a little bit of help with body, i was disappointed as i found this mousse by Dove heavy and very sticky.. So for that reason i will not use this product again

I use Dove shampoo and conditioner on a semi regular basis (they are one of several brands I jump around between, depending on what's on sale), so when I needed Mousse for a "dress up night out", I picked up this one. I was actually quite disappointed. I have very long thick hair, and don't use much product in it on a regular basis, however, usually I can add a bit of volume and "amp it up a little" for an event. This Mousse left my hair feeling sticky and very unnatural (think 1980's hair spray unnatural), and did not even provide the volume or look I was looking for. I actually ended up washing it completely out of my hair and starting over with a friend's mousse product from a salon, which achieved the look I wanted without the sticky and stiff feeling. The reminder of this can was trashed... not worth trying again.

I have only used this once as I bought it fairly recently and I really like it. My hair tends to be on the thin side and I find this gives it a boost. Also, it tends not to dry my hair, at least so far, like some mousses have.

While the price is accessible, I was disappointed with the quality and effectiveness. I don't like how the product had a sticky feel, and (for me) I found that it dried out my hair. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. I don't think it necessarily weighed down my hair, but it didn't do anything for my hair either.

I've been searching for years to find a good product to hold my curls all day, once I tried this product I fell in love, this is definantely my go to product now .

If you are in need of anti-frizz and want straight and smooth hair, well this product is really good.

I used this while I had damp hair and used the blow dryer right after to dry it.

The product lasts for at least two days in a row.

My hair was straight and no frizz while I used this product. It may not be for everyone but I found it was good for me.

Melts into hair very nicely, frizz control is great. I use it on my curly hair with great results.

This is definitely the best mousse for my hair, and the best mousse I have used. It did not leave my hair feeling crunchy, and it assisted my curls to form properly and stay in place without frizz.

This mousse works miracles. It not only smells incredible, but it works really well. You really only need a small amount, and it noticeably adds volume to your hair, with no crunch! It also has a long lasting hold. The price is great, and you can usually always find it on sale. Also, Dove offers some fabulous promotions on Facebook!
