I have used Dove Beauty Bar for years and love it.

It is mild and gentle and does not dry out your skin. It has a nice soft scent and best of all, it is reasonably priced. My number one bar soap. Try it - you will love it.

Great Product, But Not For Me.

Dove White Beauty Bar smells great and love the softness and feel of the bar. Unfortunately, I had a reaction to it. I started getting itchy while still showering and had a rash. Took an antihistamine right away.

It’s not a soap it’s a beauty bar

Oh, how I love Dove Beauty Bar. I love the way it smells, the way it looks, and the soft fluffy clean lather I get from it. We have Dove soap in our showers have the cleanest showers. Cleaner tiles, cleaner glass, and fixtures. No gross white build-up at all. So, you know those ads that show a Dove soap user vs a regular soap user looking at the white dusty soap build up on a tile and wishing it wasn’t on their skin? That, dear readers, is truth in advertising. Our home with Dove soap in the bathrooms smelled amazing and clean. That fresh Dove scent. And of course, I used it on my daughter when she was little. Frankly, I can’t recall the last time I had any other bar soap in my house. I even use old fashioned soap dishes in my bathrooms and have only Dove soap for washing my hands. When my hands need to be clean, after a day out or cooking, nothing makes them cleaner or smell better than Dove. I keep extra Dove soaps stored in my drawers and linen cupboard, and usually have a bar or two in my closets as well. Yes, I love the scent that much.

Good Bar soap

While I was on vacation in the Caribbean i bought a bar of Dove soap for the shower and I was happy with how soft my skin felt. Upon return to Canada I bought the same bar of soap (Dove White Beaty bar), but lo and behold my skin was dry. A different formula between countries :(
On top of it I find the smell a bit overpowering.
I should say I have very dry menopausal skin.
The price is good though and it is long lasting. I would not buy again, but it is still a bar of soap and I believe better than the average soap bar.

Only bar of soap that ill ever buy

Dove is the only soap i use, I have been using it for about 7 years, it's the only soap that doesn't give me. Pimples, I highly recommend this brand.

Beauty bar

Dove beauty Bar is my favorite dove product! I love how soft it leaves my skin after using, but if you tend to have oily skin this probably won't be as effective. Once I was having really oily skin and my beauty bar made it worse. So i would recommend it to combination skin types or dry. If your on the oily side it could help or make it worse.

Can't seem to wash off soap?

We've got a mixed feeling about the Dove beauty bar. I'm sure we are cleaned after using this beauty bar in the shower to clean, unfortunately with the moisture content in the product, I always feel like there's a layer of something I can't seem to wash off...is it really the the moisture only, or is there some soap I can't seem to get off completely?!

this is so effective

1 used dove white bar everday for a smooth skin coz my skin dries up with other soaps. i would love to try their winter bar soap too. definitely recommend it.

Serves its purpose

This product is not cheaply priced but not extravagantly so either. I did not enjoy the scent of this product but it is not a scent that lingers at least. It did not leave my skin feeling dry. Other than the initial scent I have no complaints.
