Our family doctor recommended a daily routine for my pre teen children. Rinse face with warm water - use plain dove soap rinse and pat dry. Morning and night. I started doing it too and I hate bars of soap but this one leaves me feeling like I just put on a creamy moisturizer!

I don't use bar soap, they are always too strong and left my skin with a film. Dove has nice, light smell and my skin feels clean when it dries. It is my got to bar soap.
