Oh Oh Oh! This one is sooo delicious. It is basically summer in a bag. Pair it with a Quiche and you have the perfect summer brunch. Top it with chicken and you have an nice light summer lunch or dinner. Very versatile. Perfect to have on hand for the hot summer days.

I have tried most of the Eat Smart bag salads, and this one is by far my favorite. The dressing, and flavours are amazing, and the added crunch/nutty flavor of the roasted quinoa and almonds makes this salad so great. I have countlessly re purchased this particular salad, it makes a great side, and even makes a great light lunch!
