I absolutely love this product!

So i bought this product because my sister is type II diabetic and I decided she wasn't tracking carbs as accurately as she could have been. After hearing her rave about its use I went out and bought one myself!

Basically what it does is allows you to weigh foods before you eat them and learn how many calories, carbs, fiber, sodium are in there. I really just look at calories and saturated fats, but its great for eyeballing others as well. I started putting foods on that i love (including some guilty pleasure foods) like bagels, and was shocked at what i was taking in calorie wise in a single sitting. So with the help of a food diary (excel spreadsheet) I started tracking what i ate a little bit. Has helped me loose a few pounds and feel better about myself for sure.

Would recommend this product to everyone from the most casual dieter to hardcore fitness buffs.
