Vegan omega supplement.

Compared to the regular brand of Omega's I take these softgels were so much smaller and easier to swallow. I also like that I can take two daily with or without a meal. My regular omega's I take one softgel three times daily which is somewhat inconvenient for my busy lifestyle. On occasion I forget to take all three of them.

These supplements are vegan and I received a free three day sample of this product. In my opinion this is not enough time to get the full benefits of this product. I started taking Omega's beause I was having joint pain in my hands and soon after taking them the pain disappeared so I continue with them. I just wish I would have received a two to four week trial of this brand so I could make a more informed decision of whether or not these are worth switching over. #Trynatural#gotitfree
