The worst lip care product EVER!

I purchased this hoping it would help my dry lips during the winter. This product ended up causing burns on my lips and on my skin that was red and sore. When I did a quick google search for reviews, many people had the same experiences I contacted customer service and was shocked that they wanted me to return the product so they could send it to their lab for testing, and if they found an ingredient they were looking for THEN I would get a refund, despite sending them pictures and my receipt for the product. Terrible product and terrible customer service!!!

Pas tant effective

Je l’ai acheté la première fois après avoir entendu parler très bien. Pour garder mes lèvres bien moisturized il faut l’appliquer plusieurs fois dans la journée, aussi le packet est trop grand pour les sacs à main.

All hype

I don't get the hype around EOS lip balm. Aside from the packaging and nice scent, it doesn't work that great. The only way it keeps my lips moisturized is if I apply it several times through out the day.

This ain't it

I have a love/hate relationship with EOS lip balms. They're hella cute, with adorable packaging and nice scents, plus effective marketing-- but my praise stops there. The product itself is NOT WORTH IT.
1) It's a thin consistency that doesn't actually feel moisturizing
2) The more you use it, the dryer your lips get (you constantly have to re-apply)
3) It sometimes leaves my lips swollen (this is especially weird because I almost NEVER get affected by products badly)
4) The balm gets dry 3 months in
5) This is a personal preference, but the Honeysuckle, in particular, smells awful to me! It's a mix of floral and honey, which sounds great but is actually so . . . sour!

Awful! Goes bad and gets mould!

I got this product as a gift. After a week of using this product my lips swelled up, and got very very itchy. I thought it was a fungus infection. I stopped using lip balms all together, but the irritation was awful. Turns out I went to the doctor and he said that he saw a few patients who used the product and it got mould. They are used with real fruit and natural products which makes it go bad AFTER ONE WEEK! On the inside of the ring there was mould, which I had thought it was dust/ lint.

it goes on smooth wish the price was lower other products are less i use no name balms also and they work great when I go to buy lip balms I use unscented ones the scent dries my lips

soft and moisturized

eos honeydew flavour is a great moisturizing lip balm. It is light and summery and not sticky to wear. I keep several in different places so I also have one handy.

I have been using this product for months. The things I love about this product is the smell. In addition to how to hydrates the lips. The small size is easy to leave at your bed side or put in a purse. It is great for on the go. I use it every night, it is an essential.

Great tasting, long lasting on lips and in cute container. What else can I say EOS is awesome. It is a great Chapstick and because of its shape it is a lot harder to lose then conventional chapsticks.

Love the containers of these but they dried my lips out so badly! I found that every time I applied them my lips would burn and I would want to put more on. Eventually my lips started to peel and blister and this stopped once I discontinued using the product.
