This shampoo is a total home run

I was so excited to be able to try such an innovative shampoo. I knew these products were in the works for some time because one of the founders is a friend and former client, but I really had no idea what to expect.

I am VERY picky about my haircare. My long, naturally dark hair has been bleached blonde for many years so I'm very careful to use only high quality salon products to keep my hair as healthy and shiny as possible. Everist not only lived up to my expectations, but surpassed them.

It is such a fun experience to use this product. You use the key that comes with it to turn the aluminum packaging to get a strip of the waterless paste and then add a little water to your hands to turn it into a lather for your hair. As you add the product to your hair the lather grows into a rich, foamy texture that rinses out super clean. It's been 3 days since I washed my hair and it still looks great.

I used it on my kids and they both loved it. My daughter says it smells like lemon chiffon and I agree. I used the conditioner too and that will be under a separate review.

Everist is a zero waste company that uses only fully recyclable packaging. They have a cool cap back program where you can return the yellow tops from your tubes so they can be repurposed. The formulas are totally natural and absolutely divine. I'm so impressed with Everist and I hope they will launch many more products like this!
