I love cheesecake, so I figured I would really enjoy these Fibre 1 bars. It did not disappoint! The Fibre 1 Key Lime Cheesecake Bar is absolutely delicious! The bar itself is light and airy with a good drizzle of frosting. The key lime flavor was spot on and tasted really fresh. The cheesecake flavor wasn't overpowering and worked really well with the key lime! Overall, the bar is really well made and is a perfect snack! I will definitely be buying these bars again!!
