It does say brightening!

So this eye cream is supposed to brighten the under eyes and contains niacinamide,
a brightening ingredient... however the product is loaded with these micro light reflecting almost sparkly specs (think Edward Cullen in the sunlight) which I totally loved! I can’t say the niacinamide actually brighten my under eyes over all but I use it as a highlighter for the under eye

I have yet to find a product from first aid beauty that I don’t love. The eye cream is great, I got a 15ml one and I’ve been using it for a month now, still has plenty left! It smells great and goes on really nicely.
