Nope

I wasn't a fan of this protein bar. It's expensive and it's hard to chew. I wasn't a fan of the texture of it and the taste threw me off. It tasted nothing like salted caramel. I don't recommend it. I like salted caramel but I didn't like this.

Yummmm how can this be healthy!

This low calorie high protein bar is a delish treat. I love the texture and the taste it does not taste chalky like many other bars. It is creamy and so yummy. It really is satisfying for a sweet treat without the guilt!

Balance of Taste, Protein, and Fibre

I had never seen or heard of this protein bar or company before, so I was not sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and the nutrient amounts in the bar. The exterior of the bar has crunchy crisps, which add a nice texture. The outer coating tastes like butterscotch. I did not really taste any salty flavour, which I do wish came through. The interior of the bar is chewy, which surprised me as I expected a crunchier bar. The chewy texture reminded me of a Quest bar. There is a mild aftertaste with this bar, which is to be expected from some protein bars.

I like that this has a balance of protein (15 grams) and fibre (12 grams, which is approx. 48 per cent of recommended daily intake). Another thing I noticed is the bar has 10 per cent of recommended daily calcium intake, which is great for me since I have a hard time fulfilling that requirement. It also contains iron.

Unique Tasting..

I got these protein bars on sale for $2 each at Rexall not very long ago. They sounded so unique because they are basked so I wanted to give them a shot. I am a big fan of protein bars and love having them for lunch. This protein bar had a very mild salted caramel flavour. The top layer tasted almost like a vanilla yogurt with a strong dark caramel flavour. There are rice crisps on top which add a nice crunch and dimension to the overall bar. The inside of the bar has a caramel protein powder flavour and it has a mild salty taste. I feel these sort of in a small sense tasted like the fish crackers - it had a mild cheddar cheese taste to it for some odd reason. I enjoyed the taste to a degree and I really liked the texture. If it was on sale I would buy it again.
