Absolutely delicious!

I absolutely love these burgers. They cook up so quickly and they have a lot of flavor. I also don't find them too salty, which is a real issue when it comes to items like these.I don't think I've ever grilled them, but instead I simply take them out of the freezer and put them in a pan and they cook up really well. I don't think I've ever even needed to add oil to it, which is really nice. However, they are pretty expensive so I've only ever bought them when they go on sale at Costco.

I buy these Pollock burgers because I know where they came from - Alaska and not from a farmed facility. They taste great in between a hamburger bun or on their own with a baked potato and salad.
