I Really enjoying this product! The product is light and creamy but not oily like I find with most facial moisturizers. It goes on smooth and dries in quickly making it very nice to wear and the scent is fresh and inviting and reminds me of the summer months. After a minute of having it on my skin felt refreshed and moisturized but didn't look or feel greasy, even though it's winter and my skin is usually drier I have found that my face stays moisturized throughout the day. I would highly recommend this product!

It gave me a good first impression - glided on smoothly on my skin and smelled nice. after too weeks, i did notice my skin is smoothly; however, i haven't noticed any brightening. also would be interested in seeing how effective the SPF is in the next couple months. It's still rainy season in my part of the country!

I received and have been using this this product for two weeks. While I would say that the product is great. I saw a difference within the two weeks my only concern is the price of the product. Would I purchase this product after? I don't think so, a bit too pricey for me.

Like most garnier moisturizers I've tried, it goes on smooth and blends well with my makeup, and I haven't had any adverse reactions as I normally do when I suddenly switch moisturizers.

I just don't use spf though, as I find I need the sun to control breakouts.

The texture of this lotion is nice. It soaked in well and didn't leave my skin too tacky. I had no problems putting on makeup over top of it. The thing that kills me about this moisturizer is the scent. It smells of fake chemically citrus. It makes me want to gag when I put it on and it does have a tendency to linger. I also don't like that it's only SPF 15. It's so low that I will use a different sunscreen. So, I would almost rather it have no SPF.

It seems I am on a constant search for the perfect moisturizer. Unfortunately my search has not ended since trying the Garnier SkinActive Clearly Brighter Brightening & Smoothing Moisturizer.

I love that you don't need to use a large amount of the product to cover your entire face. The product is also quickly absorbed so that your skin is not left feeling greasy.

I however did not notice any of the benefits this product stated. My skin was not left feeling smoother and did not look brighter. I found that I still needed added moisturizer to certain areas on my face as the product was not moisturizing enough (forehead, around the nose).

Since I did not notice any of the benefits and my skin did not improve (in fact as mentioned in some areas it was dryer than while using my regular moisturizer), I would not purchase this product in the future or recommend it to family or friends.

This product is non greasy and light to use and it also smell good.

unfortunately, I don't see any significant different on my face after 2 weeks usage on my daily routine.

I received this product as part of the Chick Advisor Product Review Club, and while I like the way the moisturizer feels, I had to use double the amount that I use of my regular department store moisturizer to get the same "moisture". Although it left my skin soft, it's not worth it for me.

The Good:

The Garnier SkinActive Clearly Brighter Brightening & Smoothing Moisturizer did work well at brightening up my skin as well as evening out my skin tone though. My face definitely looks more refreshed and full of life. Though I'm not sure if my skin looks any smoother than it normally does.

The Not So Good:

In the first week of using Garnier SkinActive Clearly Brighter Brightening & Smoothing Moisturizer. I found my skin to be really dried out. Especially on my cheeks and forehead. My T-Zone is usually oily. So it was a bit surprising that this product that claims to moisturize. In fact did the opposite and sucked the moisture out of my skin.

For some reason, this always happens if I apply any skin care product with SPF on my face. I don't have this issue with moisturizing products that don't contain SPF.

Because I did like how bright the skin on my face looked. I decided to go back to using my regular 'go-to' moisturizer and use Garnier SkinActive Clearly Brighter Brightening & Smoothing Moisturizer on top. This seemed to work better for me. My skin is moisturized again and also brightened using the two products together.

At the moment, I'm undecided if I will purchase Garnier SkinActive Clearly Brighter Brightening & Smoothing Moisturizer again. I'm a little disappointed that I had to add a moisturizer to skin first to get the brightening benefit of this product.

It's a decent moisturizer, it is lightweight and has SPF. I don't know if this is the first thing I would grab if I wanted brighter skin though. I use lots of brightening skincare, but this wasn't as effective or as immediate compared to Asian products. It's hard to say if skincare is working since you do need to use it over a prolong period of time to see if it's working. I will continue to use to the product to see if it does brighten your complexion over time.
