~ My Experience
I like this product. It does exactly what it says it’s going to do; remove my make-up...and it does so without drying my skin out. It does take a few cotton pads to remove everything, but it does eventually get all traces of eye makeup, mascara, foundation and lipstick off with no irritation whatsoever to my eyes or skin. Plus, it’s fragrance and alcohol free. However, my skin doesn’t necessarily feel “refreshed” either after use. I still feel the need to use a cleanser after in order to feel perfectly clean. But that could just be me.

This product was sent to me for review on behalf of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club and I have to say I'm honestly not very amazed by it. It works like an average makeup remover and does not really get everything off (especially my eye makeup).
After using this, I feel like I'm not fully clean and still need to use a face wash just to clear everything.
I probably would not buy this on my own. I will keep using and update if anything changes.

I tried this for the first time this morning, when I first applied the liquid to a tissue it was absorbed to quickly and dried, lesson learned. I now know I have to add it to a makeup sponge or something that is more porous. After I added the cleansing water to large cotton balls and wiped over my face, my skin felt very refreshed.

My face felt very clean even though what I used just felt like water I would definitely buy this and recommend it to my friends.

I have combination/oily complexion and don't like using creamy make-up removers as they leave a greasy film on my skin and clogs my skin pores. I have therefore been using micellar water from other brands for the last past couple years. The Garnier SkinActive micellar water is a great new alternative as it removes efficiently all make-up, leaves skin feeling fresh and does not leave a greasy film on my skin while being a bit cheaper than other micellar waters I normally use. I would like to see a matifying version of this product.

This product gently and effectively removed all my makeup (thats a lot too) and left my skin feeling clean. There was no residue after i was finished and my skin felt like I just washed it with my regular skin cleanser. This product is certainly ahead of the other make up removers i have used. I received this from from ChickAdvisor Review Club. I have been using this for a week now. I usually use an oil free eye makeup remover to remove my waterproof mascara, then a cleansing oil to remove face makeup. Now I can say I can just use the Garnier Micellar Water for an easy, simple, one-step cleanser. It doesn't sting my eyes which I am super impressed. It removes all my waterproof mascara. For my face, it also removes all my makeup and not strip down my skin and leave it dry. I also have the Bioderma one which is so similar to this but this is more affordable and I will definitely repurchase after I am finished with my bottle.

I've been using this product for just over a week and I really like it. Very gentle feeling but still works effectively. Removed make-up well and left my face feeling clean and refreshed, with no residue left on the skin. This does feel like water but shows that it's so much more... no breakouts after switching, and no excessive dryness.

I won't ever use anything else now to remove my makeup! I use to buy cleasing wipes and they aren't as effective as this product. And it's very refreshing too. And there's no trace of waterproof mascara after i use it compare to other products.
