Not usuable for long hair

The bar smelled great but that’s where the enjoyment stopped. It was small, didn’t lather well and was impossible to use on long hair and especially hair with extensions.
I couldn’t get it to later up, soap or clean any of my hair. I product came off to clean my hair no matter how much I ran water over it or tried to rub it on my scalp.
It tangled my hair and got covered in loose hair and generally was not usable.
Definitely not a good product.

It was great, I was impressed.

It did a great job of cleaning my hair. My hair felt really nice as well. I was really impressed, I will definitely buy this. Just need a conditioner to go with it.

Cleanest it has ever been

I really liked how this shampoo left my hair feeling, cleanest it has ever felt. My hair was quite frizzy afterwards so I wasn't too happy about that. Otherwise I like how sustainable it is and not in a plastic bottle

My new favorite shampoo bar. It has a wonderful scent and actually has a great lather. Closest thing to a bottle shampoo that I've tried. My only complaint is that the packaging is not compostable (my local recycling facility won't even try to recycle any cardboard with a shiny exterior).

Convenient and smells amazing

Personally I loved this bar shampoo and it smelled amazing couldn’t wait to try and am probably going to purchase again as seems like a great alternative product for liquid shampoo but I think it’s more for camping or travelling that I will be using this product loved it and will purchase in the future for sure!

It was horrible

I used this on my blonde hair and it made it so dry it was crazy. I thought this would be great for a quick was wow I was wrong. I hate that I am leaving a negative review but do not use unless you have no money for shampoo

Great product fort the price

I have fine colour-treated hair. I've used bar shampoos on the past but they've always faded the colour really fast.

This product smells pleasant, although a bit strong. Glad to see it was in plastic free packaging, could have been better if it was recycled paper though.

I found that it didn't lather too much, but most bar shampoos are like that. Bubbles galore on the second shampoo though!

This shampoo bar did not strip my colour as quickly as previous products, and it gave my hair great volume.

It's very reasonably priced between $4-$7, I would definitely consider buying this.

Easy to use

I received this from Butterly and Garnier complimentary in exchange for my honest opinions. I have been using the Garnier whole blends shampoo (liquid) for sometime and I love how my hair is after that. So when I received the same in a solid soap form, I was very excited. The soap lathers up quickly and somehow makes it easy to maneuver through the hair getting every strand. I was surprised as how quickly it dried and takes almost no space as its in a soap form. You could use a soap container for it if you wanted. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Suds nicely

This bar is uniquely shaped and smells sooo good. Easy to use and it lathers up immediately as soon as you run it on your hair. I used it twice for an extra clean. I would love there to be a conditioner or similar as my hair gets static in winter.

Surprisingly Delightful

There is nothing I dislike about this product and cannot rave enough about it.

First of all, when I received it and I opened the box for the first time before using it, I was instantly taken away by how wonderful it smelled, it smells heavenly, just like I would usually expect Garnier shampoo to smell. This shampoo bar gives you a very decent lather. Granted, I have only tried a few other brands of shampoo bar soap like this but this one has the most lather out of all of them. It is gentle on your hair leaving it feeling soft and looking shiny. I also love the fact that there is no plastic bottle to throw away afterwards resulting in less waste. This will definitely be a new staple in my household.
