The company made it worse

I purchased an LED lamp and 2 colors. Paid full price. The lamp arrived with the incorrect cord. Contacted the company. No response. Contacted PayPal and they opened up a claim. Finally Gel Moment messaged me. They were aware of the situation and would send replacement cord. So if you're aware why not say something? Waited 3 weeks. Nothing. Contacted PayPal for a refund. Gel moment messaged me and told me I had to return all products at my expense to receive refund. They refused to communicate through PayPal to track their terrible customer service. The Polish is ok. Yes goes on nice and cures quick. Chips easily and I personally like two coats and they recommend only 1. It's streaky. Not impressed

Salon nail Quality at home!

I just started using GelMoment nail polish. I do not sell it but I did host a party, so I was able to get quite a lot of product for a great price. My first manicure lasted 2 weeks and helped my nails grow much longer and stronger than they would have without this polish. It was easy to take off. My nails were in great condition after removal unlike a salon gel manicure where they are completely wrecked. You do need an LED lamp to cure the nails, so unfortunately you can’t just purchase the nail polish, but they do have great packages where you can purchase everything you need. They have so many great colours! Highly recommend hosting a party if you’re interested!

Prettiness that lasts longer

I've recently purchased Gelmoments nail polish. I am amazed at how well it stays on. I've tried other gel polishes but this one is the best! They have a wide range of colours and shades. They offer every style from matte to sparkly. It's a bit more expensive, but well worth the money.

Saves me time/money and I like that it's nontoxic

I was never someone who did my nails much because I don't like to pay for a salon and take an hour and then it just chips anyway. I found out about this and decided to try. I actually like doing my nails now. You get about 20 manis from the bottle and you can play with nail art and things. I usually do 2 coats. The removers are great I leave them on about 10 min and the polish practically just wipes off, but the manicure for me lasts 2 weeks without chipping. I really like all the ideas you can get on Instagram too and am just starting to do some of the nail art. I never knew you could do gel at home and I love it now. Oh yeah - I only did acrylic once and it trashed my nails so I always just do my natural nails. No damage with this in fact I think they are stronger.

Horrible company

I bought one of the kits that included 2 polishes, and I wanted a white color so I picked a white from the many colors they have and bought it. When I got it I immediately put it on but noticed the brush was a lot smaller (looked like it was for French manicure). I applied it to the nail anyway but it didn’t go on smooth and it peeled within 3 hours. I went on the website to see if I missed the smaller brush in the color description, and I did. Does anyone really read the description? The color is what it shows. But my mistake, I should’ve read the entire description. I contacted the company to see if I could exchange for a different color, at least. HORRIBLE response, since it was my fault, they did nothing. I believe it was an easy mistake to make given the number of color choices. They’d rather lose a customer than exchange a polish. To be honest, I prob wouldn’t have ordered again anyway due to how expensive shipping is ($10 for a $25 polish??!!), and even though I do everything to the T, the polish still peels after a day or two.
I do not recommend this company.

GelMoment had me at hello

My sisters had beautifully polished nails (7 days in and looked like they just had them done) when I went home at Christmas and this is when I first heard of GelMoment. One of my sisters was generous enough to give me a manicure on Christmas day and two weeks later my nails are JUST starting to look rough, mostly from growing out. I have been SO impressed with this product! I have barely painted my nails for years after learning how toxic and horrible nail polish is for you so I was so excited to find out about this non-toxic solution. I'm impressed with the price point and want to tell everyone about this product!

I would recommend GelMoment to anyone! I love it!

I first tried GelMoment 2 years ago and I've been using it exclusively ever since that day! The longer I used it the better it stayed on my nails. Usually I get well over 2 weeks from a single mani. Now it isn't always perfect but way more times then not the reason I'm changing my mani or pedi is because of growth not because of chipping. Best thing I've ever put on my nails. Plus it's non toxic so safe for my daughter & my niece who's 3 years old!

So disappointing

Bought this direct from a consultant at a craft fair and was so excited to try it out. The nail polish chipped on the second day and then when I added a second layer to try and fix the chipping, it bubbled. So went to use the remover pads to take off the bubbled polish and half the pads I opened were completely dry. Contacted the consultant about the dry pads and she just said that that's how they are and the company knows about the issue and has fixed it with the most recent remover pads. I don't know why they continue to sell defective product. Overall quite disappointed in the product mainly because I expected the polish to not chip right away.

So disappointed

I had a gel moment party and i bought a lot of product.
We used it once and everything seems fine. But, we left our nails to get stronger for a couple of months and when we used the polish again, it was chipped the second day and what was left on I could just push off with my other finger nails. Such a waste of money.

Long lasting

I have a love hate type of relationship with Gelmoments. I love the colors, the mix your own, the creative ways you can make it your own and of course how long it lasts.
What I don't like is I have had to give up using some products that contain coconut oil and, the first few times using it my nails looked awful and its not as easy as they claim to get off. Plus the smell of those pads to get it off... Open a window please
