Thoroughly surprised!

I was thoroughly surprised by this product! I'm not a split pea fan, mostly because split pea soup from Tim Hortons is off-putting, so I was skeptical to try this product out. I followed the recipe on the packaging for a Broccoli & & cheddar meal and it turned out a lot like a risotto, which was very unexpected in a good way! I would definitely suggest this as a healthier option to Knorr Sidekicks or Uncle Ben's Bistro Express, and takes about the same amount of cook time as a Knorr Sidekick. I look forward to seeing what other flavours are available.

Exceeded my expectations

I wasn't sure I would like this as I'm not a fan of split pea (or any pea for that matter), but I cooked it in my rice cooker with some chicken stock, and WOW!! It was amazing! And even microwaved the next day for lunch! I'll definitely be buying more!
