My bf and I have so many of these razors because he initially bought a bonus pack of razor plus replacement blades, then P&G;brand sampler gave us 1 (sometimes 2!) every 6 months! I find them to be just effective as my 3 bladed venus razor, the handle isn't as ergonomic for shaving the legs but it still does a good job. This will be my next razor after the venus embrace because we have so many! I can use gillette razors on average 15-20 times, the 5 blades razors tend to trend on the longer side.

The razor blades for these are pretty flimsy, if you drop your razor in the shower the blade will break off the razor rendering it useless. As for how the razor shaves, it does an okay job but I find that it tugs too much. The blade does stay sharp for a while though.

I only recently ran out of blades for my old Gillette Mach3 and have switched over to this new blade. It's amazing to see the difference in quality and in ergonomics when it comes to these blades. I would have found it hard to justify trading up again to a new model but it's worth it.

By far the best razor I have found to date! I have tried sooo many different razors and I constantly have issues with razor burn and irritation after I shave my legs - so finally I thought I'd give my boyfriends razor a try and WOW! I found it far superior to most of the women's brands of razors available today, and for the quality of blade it is well priced. The blades do a great job at making my skin super smooth and hair free and they have really minimized or eliminated my razor burn in even the worst of spots (like my knees!)

My boyfriend got this razor and I snuck and used it. After that I had to get one of my own! The five blades really make my legs feel smooth. The blade replacements are sooo expensive though so we usually just buy a new razor. Love it!!!

I used to use a Venus but I tried my boyfriends razor once and it works great... I think guys razors work way better then most woman's razors

I agree- this razor is the BEST! My legs have honestly never been so smooth. The blades are SOOOO expensive, but I think its worth it. I was one satisfied customer :D I used it in combination with Aveeno shave gel and it was probably the best shave of my life, no exaggeration. I got the razor for free at the exhibition this summer, so if you can pick it up on a promo or get a coupon for the refills it should save you some cash at least

Two of my friends couldn't stop going on about this razor, and I just couldn't understand until I actually bought it myself. It's the closest, smoothest shave that I have ever had in my life! Buying new blades is stupid-expensive, but it's worth it, because I don't have to shave as much with this razor. It's the main one that I use now. If you have a cupon for either the razor or the refils, I suggest using them to make it worth it if you're still not sure you want to convert yet.
