Even though there is as much sugar as in a pop still there is more vitamins than a pop. Of course water and vitamins are better, but I'm not the kind for any of them. I use Vitamin Water because it tastes great (and there's a low sugar version too) and it contains a nice amount of vitamins.

I used to love this stuff... until I started reading the labels. Theres a lot of sugar in them! It really just counteracts any possible health benefits. I'll stick to plain old water when I'm thirsty from now on.

I know, I know. When I read the ingredients I am aware of all the bad stuff, but I get it as a thirst quenching treat. I love the flavours and the way it tastes. It is overpriced and the last time I was across the border, the same size bottle was only 80 cents!

Vitamin Water is one of my go-to drinks when I am looking for some refreshment during the day. In particular, the yellow 'Energy' flavor offers a nice boost of caffeine along with a pleasant light almost fruity taste. Highly recommend.

I will admit, XXX used to be my favourite flavour. But as soon as I actually took a look at the ingredients, I stopped buying them as the health factor is not there. There's too much sugar in there for my liking and while i dont mind a bit of sugar every now and then, its just too much in one bottle. The misleading advertising leading people to think that this is healthy when it is not does not impress me.

Vitamin Water is a great and tasty thirst quencher, but that's about where it ends. I wouldn't consider this to be a healthy drink like it is advertised as it has 20 grams of sugar in most flavours. I usually buy the Zero calorie versions, which in my opinion taste great. My main issue with this product is the mis-advertisement as I'm sure many people think they are drinking something healthy, when it's really no different than drinking sugar-infused juice, except that these bottles are generally larger than that of a juice box or bottle. If it weren't for the Zero versions, I'd be giving this product a much lower rating.

I really like this product because it's not as sweet as other types of drinks. My favorite is the orange drink because it reminds me of childhood McDonald's kids parties, when we used to have an orange flavoured drink.

I really like the taste ,but I usually buy the one with just 10 calories, some have too much calories to be just water.
