I love the line, but $$$.

I love the Oribe line and the original hair oil, so I thought I would give this one a try. This shampoo in combination with the hair oil really makes a difference in the overall hydration of your hair and provides long-lasting results.  The price point for this line is quite steep though, but worth it!

Where is the Gold?

I expected some sort of miracle or lights glowing after using this shampoo. It didn't happen.

I have medium length thin colour treated hair, and felt it deserved a treat.

I put the normal sized glob of This Shampoo into my hands as I do with i.e. my Nexxus, and there were no suds at all, so I globbed another bit into my hair and got a few suds.

It has a light scent that doesn't linger, and is medium thickness.

It is easy to rinse out, but my hair feels like straw before conditioning it.

After conditioning and towel drying, I let my hair air dry half the time - and this shampoo leaves my hair droopy and not fabulous drying this way - I still need to blow dry it to have a fabulous effect.

With the price point, amount of shampoo required to clean my hair, and the post effects of usage, I have comparables (and better) that are 1/5 of the cost that I'll stick with
