Great quality and lots of flavor

For someone that only has time for an on the go nutritional breakfast this is perfect. The taste at first can be a little overwhelming if your not a fan of whole wheat but the flavour of blueberries and cranberries eventually out weights the wheat taste. One muffin contains 280 calories and 5 grams of fiber so it is perfect for a balanced breakfast as it is extremely filling. As always something that contains natural ingredients and is nutritional for you is a little overpriced as a box contains 4 muffins at a cost of $4.80. I think I would love to try the other flavours and will buy this kind again but I will probably wait for the sales. Overall I would definitely recommend this for anyone needs a healthy on the go option. #gotitfree

Individually packaged muffins, great for on the go!

I #gotitfree as part of the ChickAdvisor Product Review Club. These muffins are great as they're individually packaged so I can grab them and throw them in lunch bags with no extra steps, and they tasted incredibly fresh. The flavour was pretty good although I did find myself adding peanut butter for a little something extra. I can definitely see myself grabbing these for great on-the-go snacking!

I #gotitfree from chickadvisor. Very excited to try these! I love muffins but tend to avoid as it seems like a lot of unnecessary sugar. These seemed like a much healthier version. I did enjoy them. I would be interested in different flavours in the future. I really appreciate the real fruit added in and the amount of fiber in each muffin. I like these for mornings with my tea.

Awesome taste and quality

It was just like homemade--maybe even better tasting, but without the hassle of making one for yourself! Fruit and fibre muffins were absolutely great snack for me. I usually don't do sweets for breakfast, so it was afternoon snack with coffee and I thoroughly enjoyed it. However, you do pay the price for the quality. It is good & simple like its name, but it does come with its higher price tag. Overall I would recommend this product. I wouldn't purchase too often but definitely purchase again when needing to bring some gift for house party or outdoor picnic, etc.

Very filling and tasty. I may buy them however they are pricey! They are $4.99 for a box of six. Would like to try the muffins too. They were hard to find in the store. I went to metro and had to really search for them. They were in the bakery department but on a very small display that I had to look for.

I got the opportunity to try these muffins for free and am I glad!! They are so tasty, moist and light. Love the pieces of cranberry and blueberry. They are made with whole grains, no artificial colours or flavours. A healthy snack. They do pack 280 calories per muffin which seems high but they are full of goodness. If you want that "just baked" taste, just pop them in the microwave for a few seconds and enjoy. Perfect for a quick snack or light breakfast.

healthiest muffin I've tasted

got it for free to try in exchange for my honest review. I love how portable the muffin is and it's individually packaged. Can easily throw in my bag for a midday snack. The taste was great and it kept me full for a very long time. I ended up only eating this in replacement of lunch at times. It's quite pricey though for a box of 4 muffins, with this price I'd rather get them fresh at the local bakery. The muffin is not too sweet/heavy, but was a bit hard to eat as it can easily fall apart and get all over the place.
I noticed that the expiry date for all the products in this line were very close (within 1-2 weeks)- something I'm not used to for packaged snacks like these, but I guess that's a good thing because it indicates the freshness of the product with no added preservatives. Would definitely recommend it for those looking for healthy in-between-meal snacks.

I really didnt like these muffins. I thought that they had too much sugar, and too sweet of a taste! I would not recommend these to my friends or family!

Good on the go

While some people might not like that these are individually wrapped, I found it convenient to take along for my early morning meeting.

I really like the Good & Simple Fruit + Fibre muffins. They have a soft, but chewy texture and the right amount of sweetness. While I thought they were delicious, my DH felt like they could have use some butter to enhance the flavour.

I am happy with the ingredients used to make these and also the low (in regards to muffins) calorie count seeing as how muffins can have up to 600 calories in just one. The price ($4.99) is also in line with similar options at my local Metro.
