I received this product free from chickadvisor.

I'm not a huge fan of this product. I applied it on my face after moisturising and it completely defined my pores. It looked dry and caked on. I tried applying it on my face without the moisturiser but it just made my skin look dry and flaky.

Pros: Light and silk texture easily adheres to face to blend in and give a full coverage and natural finish

Cons: Found that the loose mineral powder can cause quite a mess.

Would I buy again? I would consider it.

I received this mineral powder from the chickadvisor gosh product review club. The shade I received was 04 which was slightly too light for my skin tone but I won't count that against it since the shades sent out weren't customized.

My first impression was the packaging. The sifter doesn't seem to seal even when it's closed. The first time I opened the container I was greeted with a small powder explosion from the powder that had leaked through the closed sifter.

I tried it on my face with a large powder brush. I found the coverage quite sheer and it did look kind of cakey when you looked closely. It didn't blend into the skin very well. I also tried using it to set some cream concealer. It did a better job in the application.

I won't be buying this for myself since I don't use face makeup (foundation, powder, etc.) very often and just don't have a use for this product. I also didn't feel it was very effective overall.

I don't really use a lot of powder or use it all the time but, it's light and very easy to apply.
The powder is not flaky on my face and looks very natural.
Feels nice when you touch the powder and the lid is great help with having not such a big mess.
I would purchase this again.

I was immediately impressed upon opening this product. It has an extra "safety" feature that when closed, doesn't allowed powder to enter the area between the lid and the pot. If you have this product in your makeupbag or purse, you won't be surprised with a poof of powder and dust when removing the lid.
I was also impressed with the colour. It matched my skin tone well. I applied it with a large powder brush and would say that the coverage is medium to full. I did have to go over a few spots twice, but that is with any powder or foundation I find.
Through out my day, this powder did not turn cakey or have noticable wear. Even after a light 'workout' of my usual running around at work.
I would recommend this product to other people. I've already gushed about it to my best friend last night.

I do like mineral powders and this one is a pretty good one. A good coverage. It matches my skin tone. It lets my skin "breath". The only bad thing in it is that it kind of dry a bit my skin (maybe i need to scrub my skin more often and moisturize it more)

Great product! Easy to apply. Skin looked smooth and had a matte finish. Would recommend.

This was a nice powder. I liked the overall effect that it gave. It gave a nice matt look to it my face and the colour was right which was great. I find that with powders it is often hard to find the right colour often there is too much of a yellow undertone for my pale skin but this was great. My only complaint and the only thing that would prevent me from buying it in the future is that it didn't give a silky feel to my face when I wore it. It was a nice look but I usually buy powders that make my skin feel softer than this one did.

face powders are essential for setting your makeup. I don't wear makeup often, maybe twice a month and this was great as I hate wearing too much stuff.

I liked the mineral powder, It helped absorb any excess oil of my skin and dimished the size and site of my pores. I do wish it would of came with a bit of color too it as I found it lightened my skin a bit. all in all a great product though!!
