Wow that's truly light!

PROS: This bleach was very effective in lightening my jet black kinky hair, allowing my hair to take the bright colour that was to follow.
CONS: Even with short hair, once you have kinky or curly hair, you will need at least 2 boxes to get enough coverage for your hair. Because I have a tapered cut, the shorter part of my hair was much brighter then the top, so I would recommend starting with the thicker parts of your hair if you have a tapered cut as well.
Overall this was a frightening and fun learning experience. I'm definitely glad that I found a way to cover the mismatched colours, but now know when I'm ready to go bright again, I have a brand in mind and some experince. But would definitely get some help from a firend in the future, or go to a professional.

Patchy

My hair was too dark for this lightener and also pulled orange when applied. I needed a toner and probably bleach to get it as light as I wanted to go. It was also very patchy. It pulled color better in some places then others. I also have pre existing color in my hair and it didn't work well over that. I think if you had lighter hair than I do or if you have no other color in your hair this might work better for you.

Got2B Lightened

J'ai utilisé l'éclaircissant avant d'appliquer la teinture tel que recommandé . Très simple d'utilisation et cela a permis à la teinture de bien tenir dans mes cheveux et que la couleur soit bien flamboyante. J'adore et recommande fortement!

Horrible Patchy Experience!

I received a box of göt2b® Be En-LIGHTENED™ for free from ChickAdivisor in exchange for an honest review. I did not have a good experience with this product. I will admit that I may have needed 2 boxes but my hair is barely past my chin. It is a bit thick so maybe that was an issue. I have never needed 2 boxes of dye before though with any other boxed dyes so I thought I would be okay. I have never really done anything like this before but thought it may be fun and be a nice change. I also got a box of göt2b® Creative™ in LUXURIOUS RED to put on after the lightener. Unfortunately the lightener only really seemed to take on the top of my head, but not right near the front so it looked horrible and patchy. It did do some streaks in random places on the lower part of my hair even though it was all fully covered. I was horrified and felt so stupid for taking such a risk. It did not seem like there would even be enough product for even thinner short hair. The lightener that did take was a weird yellow colour as well which wasn’t too bad since I was going to cover it but I would never have wanted to leave it. The instructions were confusing and all over the place and lacked good helpful visuals. Also the labeling of the “conditioner” was weird and it was a bit confusing as to if it was even conditioner and when to use it. I did like that it didn’t seem to totally fry my hair; the conditioner seemed to also help keep it from getting very dry. The smell wasn’t too horrible either in a well-ventilated area. I would not ever recommend this product though considering the cost it would be to get enough boxes to make it possibly work right. I would rather go to a salon (which I will now have to go to anyways to get this fixed) and pay a bit extra then take a hit or miss risk like this again. #gotitfree

I was surprised!!!

Usually when I bleach my hair it turns orange not a good orange either... never as it turn blonde... but it’s his time it did.. my hair went blonde like it was suppose too!!!! And it didn’t have that crazy strong stinky smell... so thankful too have received this for free to review!! What a great find.

Un décolorant très efficace même sur les teintures foncées!

Wow ! J'ai été prise par surprise à quel point ce décolorant (bleach) a été efficace, laissez-moi vous expliquer...

J'ai toujours eu les cheveux noirs et dû les faire décolorer une fois en salon pour retourner à ma couleur naturelle, brun cendré. Ça avait prit des heures et des heures pour avoir une superbe qualité.

Cette fois-ci, suite à la réception de mes produits GÖT2B CREATIVE + GÖT2B LIGHTENED, j'étais sceptique. Je me demandais comment un décolorant abordable et accessible à tous allait décolorer ma couleur noire qui ne pouvait être plus foncée.

J'ai dû faire qu'une partie du bas de ma tête car 1 boîte n'étant évidemment pas assez pour couvrir une tête si vous avez les cheveux longs jusqu'aux esselles. Au lieu d'utiliser la bouteille fournie, j'ai plutôt vider dans l'ordre tous les ingrédients dans un bol à teinture et mélanger avec mon pinceau. Dans les instructions, c'était indiqué de laisser agir pour 30-45 minutes, j'avais donc utiliser la technique de décolorer mes cheveux dans des bandelettes de papier d'aluminium. J'ai laisser agir pour 45 minutes et vers les dernières 10 minutes j'ai utiliser un séchoir à cheveux à température moyenne pour activer le décolorant car au bout de 30 minutes je ne voyais pas tant de différence, c'était presqu'encore tout noir...

Lorsque le temps complet suggéré était écoulé, voulant respecter les indications, je me rince les cheveux et applique le produit dans la petite enveloppe ''après-coloration''. Ce produit a aider à vraiment bien voir l'action qu'avait le décolorant dans mes cheveux finalement. J'étais bien contente. Par contre, je dois avouer que j'ai manquer de produit alors à mes yeux, mes cheveux avait décolorer inégal c'est-à-dire comme un balayage.

Par la suite j'ai sécher et laisser tout de même mes cheveux semi-humide puisque la coloration GÖT2B CREATIVE fournie dans ma boîte-cadeau gratuite mentionnait que la coloration devait être appliquée sur cheveux humides. Ça a donné de superbes résultats, je suis très satisfaite puisque c'est fait maison et beaucoup de gens m'en parle comme si ça avait été fait en salon ! Mes cheveux ne sont pas abîmés tel que je m'attendais, je les aimes beaucoup

Bleach blond!

I naturally have red undertones so blond is always a pain, I started a light brown. Perfect non-brassy blond! I will definitely be purchasing again!!!

So light

I got this recently to test out #gotitfree and the results were very bright and light. I have short naturally dirty blonde hair and haven't dyed it in years. I found this product really lightened it nicely. I'd say its very similar to other bleaches. I did notice little orange undertone but this wasn't a big deal as I was putting a blue colour over top. Not For Processed Hair

I #gotitfree from ChickAdvisor.
My (naturally brown) hair was BLEACHED at a salon 6 months ago, then box bleached again 2 weeks ago. Sadly, it did very little for me, as my hair only lightened by 1-2 shades. I was really hoping to hit a platinum blonde as indicated on the box so that my Electric Blue color would be mega-extreme, but it wasnt so.
That being said, I did do it on my NATURAL hair on the shorter hair I have on one side and that lightened beautitfully! Between 3-5 shades lighter from previously light brown hair.
Lastly, my formerly COLORED black hair (also box bleached a week ago) went from a maroon red to a very cute strawberry wine red.

All in all it works better on natural hair. As I love Got2B, this will be my choice for natural hair ;)
