This should be called Shredded Floss

I really cannot understand this floss at all. It’s awful. I thought expanding meant once it was between my teeth it would get bigger (maybe foamier) and help clean. This stuff is like wadding (are you a sewer, you’ll know what I mean!), as in it’s like a bunch of little threads all wound together. When it expands it just looks like wadding/stuffing from inside a toy.

Maybe if you have perfect teeth, but I have very close together teeth that have had a lot of dental work. Every time I tried to floss it would catch on something and come apart in shreds, leaving a bunch of it behind in my teeth. I was impressed it managed to slide between my close-set teeth, but afterwards was a disaster.

I thought maybe it was just me, so I gave a strand to my partner to try and they had the same experience. Yikes. I’ll stick to my tape style floss in future.
