Balance parfaite

Pour les amateurs de miel ou de piment, comme moi, ça vaut définitivement la peine. Il y a la balance parfaite entre les deux saveurs, j'ai été agréablement surprise! Avec les oeufs, c'est mon meilleur combo, peut-être surprenamment, mais wow! Il y a tellement de façons d'incorporer ce miel, j'ai si hâte d'essayer d'autres recettes ! Sans compter qu'on encourage ici ♡.

Hot honey adds an amazing flavor! I’ve tried it on pizzas, chicken, and sometimes on meat, and the result is perfect. The balance of sweetness and heat is just right—it goes especially well with crispy chicken or pepperoni pizza. I highly recommend trying it! 🔥🍯🍕🍗

My thoughts:
I love that Halifax Honey's Stingin' Hot Honey is fully a Canadian made product! 🇨🇦

The flavour has two sides to it, a sweet base with a hot chillie punch! And yes, it does sting!

I really liked it on my salmon! I found that it infused the salmon with a bit of chillie heat along with the sweetness of the honey. It tasted great! If you are sensitive to heat, you can always add a few drops of the Stingin' Hot Honey to the regular Halifax Honey.

Hot honey seems to be popular with fast food restaurant creations these days. Why pay the extra money when you can create your own version at home! Halifax Honey's Stingin' Hot Honey can be used as a dip, drizzled on your pizza, chicken burger or whatever you would like to add a bit of Stingin heat to! Let's get creative! 🌶🍯

Perfect balance of sweetness and spiciness!

🌟 Just tried something amazing! 🌟 I whipped up a Spicy Chilli Toast using Halifax Honey's Stingin' Hot Honey - Original, and it was a game changer!

For this delicious recipe, I spread creamy goat cheese and crunchy pecans on a slice of bread, then baked it at 375°F for 10 minutes. The real star? A generous drizzle of that sweet & spicy honey right before serving! 🍯🔥 I loved it so much, I had to drizzle even more!

This honey is perfect for appetizers and cheese boards, pairing beautifully with all kinds of cheeses. 🧀

I’ve been using this Stingin’ Hot Honey from Halifax Honey Co. on literally everything I can! Here, I elevated takeout pizza with it! The flavour is mouthwatering with the sweetness from honey mixed with a kick of spice! Seriously, the best combo! Bonus that it’s 100% Canadian!

Tastefully spicy!

With the way the political climate is right now in North America, it's important to support our Canadian-made products. I've used honey in a few of my dishes on weekly rotation, but I enjoyed being able to explore the possibilities with a spicy variety!

This time around, I drizzled it on some roasted chickpeas (mixed with other spices) and the addition of something sweet and spicy was absolutely delicious. My husband and I also have a soft spot for Pizza Nova's honey stinger pizza... So when it was time to make a frozen pizza, we drizzled this ontop and it tasted JUST like takeout!

Halifax's Hot Honey is meant to enhance rather than overpower your dish with its subtle heat. Its ingredient list is short and sweet too: wildflower honey, chillies and vinegar...that's IT! They have several finger-licking-good recipes on their website and is available for about $18 at your local Sobeys.

Stingin’ Hot Honey is SO SO good. It adds such a nice kick to our favourite meals and it drizzles beautifully out of the bottle.
