    Effective training tool

This training collar is very well built and durable. Walk time was very limited before the purchase of the Herm sprenger due to my 18 month GSD lunging at everything from squirrels, leafs, dogs etc...

Recently started watching some behavior training videos where this collar is highly recommended for issues such as my pup's.
From the very first walk I could not believe the dog on the end of the leash was mine.

We can now walk anytime in the day and for as long as we would like with no pulling, lunging or barking at everything that moves.

I tested this on myself to see what it was like. I wouldn't test something on my dog without first doing so on myself. It left my arm with lots of nasty painful marks. Thinking how much it hurt me, I can only imagine what pain it must inflict on the dog. Correctly fitted I don't think would alter the infliction of pain much really. I don't see why anyone would use this product on a dog.

Herm Sprenger Prong Collar is a collar that is used often in obedience training. I have a very large dog
and previously used the inch and a half wide collar with a buckle. My dogs fur has a lot of lanolin and very soft, but my dog has slipped the collar several times. So, I went with the Prong collar and it works wonders.
It doesn't have spikes that stick in your neck, the tips are rounded and grip better when on a leash or tied out.
In no way does it hurt the dog. You can add links to make it larger or remove them for smaller dogs.
They are safe and more effective that the choker chains.
Prong collars gives even pressure around the neck , does not put pressure on the dogs trachea , so you can train your dog with little tugs. My dog is 127 lb. Golden retriever X Black lab. rescue dog.
