Easy and quick go to bar

It has a protein taste in the bar. However, the chocolate flavour does compensate some of it. It is a good size bar, but I tend to usually finish half a bar as you do get a lot and feel full after.

Delicious flavour that left me feeling full

Most protein bars are chalky and lack flavour. This one was a different. It was delicious! I was very pleasantly surprised by the delicious flavour and also its ability to appease my appetite. I did actually feel more full after eating it so it wasn't just a candy like replacement. I very much enjoyed that it is a vegan protein and sprouted on top of that. A lot of protein bars are made with whey which my system does not tolerate so this was a very pleasant alternative. I would definitely buy these again.
