Good taste for everyday intake... effective when I use it on sore throat or getting cold, it's amazing how it works for me in preventing my sore throat or cold get worse. Other than that I take it as daily intake ......good vitamin c and taste really good and makes a difference for intake......

I love this stuff. The Jamieson Vitamin C Chewable in Orange is so easy to take as it's a chewable. I pop it at lunch time or whenever I have time and it's awesome. Would definitely recommend, especially to those who do not like swallowing pills.
