Good shampoo bar

I had been meaning to try a shampoo bar for a while as I like the idea of being environmentally friendly. Having never tried one before I couldn’t really compare to other brands however this did leave my hair clean and smelling nice. My hair was quite rough after using this so the next time I followed up with a leave in conditioner spray which made a big difference. I’m not convinced that I would use this exclusively however it is handy for travelling - no liquid spillages in the wash bag!

On the fence

First thing I noticed about this shampoo bar is the heavenly scent! It smells absolutely gorgeous! It seems to lather up pretty well and gives a decent amount of bubbles. I just don’t know if it’s for me. I’m so used to liquid shampoo that I feel this could take a bit to get used to using it. My hair is super thick and waist length so squeezing it from a bottle is way easier for me to add more to my hair if I haven’t initially used enough. However my daughter has really fine Bob length hair which tends to get greasy quite quickly, she loves it! It does seem to keep hers cleaner looking for longer which is a huge plus!

I love shampoo bars but usually, they leave my hair kind of dry but not this one. It's great and my hair feels silky smooth and smells great afterwards

Not so keen

Tried the new soap shampoo bar and I'm sorry to say I wasnt very impressed .
Largely because I couldn't get a decent lather from it without using alot so it's not cost affective for me.
I think it's a great idea and the smell is amazing I have long hair so maybe it would be better if my hair was a bit shorter as I do like a good lather from a shampoo.
On the plus side when I did eventually get enough on my hair after washing it off and drying it did feel amazing.

Left my scalp feeling dry

The shampoo bar had a great lather to it and the Scent was subtle. It did, however, leave my scalp feeling a bit dry and my hair felt a little dry too after using it. I don't feel like if is a product that I could use everyday but would use it now and again in place of my usual shampoo. It's a pity as it's such a good way to help out the environment! Guess I'm still on the lookout for one that I can replace my usual shampoo with.

Ammm-azinggg Product

This product is just amazing. So happy I got sent this. My hair found this nourishing, looked after my split ends & feeling very soft now. Sending a massive thumbs up, to John Frieda for allowing me to receive this perfect product.

Good product

It is heavy to spread over long hair and, with frequent washing, it does not last as long as a regular shampoo, but in my case it does not electrify like other shampoos, it smells beautiful and the scent remains on the hair after washing,

Great idea for travel and environment

Never used a bar before so excited to try this.
It has a nice scent and good size.
Easy to use just wet, lather up and wash hair.
It lathered up well and the texture was nice.
Not sure I would replace my usual liquid shampoo but I woukd use this for travel as it seems effective but I prefer the results from my usual liquid shampoo however it is specifically fir curls. Maybe if the bar was more targeted for curls I would switch as my hair is fussy!

I love the shampoo bar! It suds up so well, smells great and travel friendly! Environmentally friendly too which makes it even better, I much prefer a bar to a bottle, and this product is worth it! Good value for money too as lasts ages!
