Kahula Coffee Flavoured Liqueur Reviews
#73 in Liqueur

Description

Kahlua is made with only the finest 100% Arabica coffee beans grown in the mountains of Veracruz, Mexico. The climate and remote conditions there produce a delicious, light-bodied coffee bean. These beans, along with sugar cane rum, and notes of vanilla and caramel, are the essence of Kahlua's distinctive flavor.. Dark brown color. Coffee, vanilla and caramel aromas.A viscous and sweet entry leads to a mediumto-full-bodied palate with even, restrained coffeeand cocoa flavors. Finishes with candied coffee andpeppery spice. Mild coffee flavor, nicely balancedwith very good mixibility. Excellent on the rocks. Liquor

Another one of my favorite liqueurs. I enjoy drinking this with milk, in my expresso coffee or just on its own over ice. I always have a bottle on hand. Great liqueur for making different shooters. Love the taste.

I do enjoy Kahula on occasion. It is a liqueur that I have to be in the mood for.
I find it pretty interchangeable with Baileys. Rich and smooth liqueur.
Both of those liqueurs are my go to for my camping coffees. Yes, we start drinking
    early haha.

This is my go-to liquor if i don't know what to drink! A simple brown cow drink is all i need!
I have drank this right out of the gate at 17/18, the bottle lasts forever, and i loved the vanilla flavour when they came out with it.
The original flavour is always best though!

Kahlua is a Mexican coffee-flavored rum-based liqueur. It is dense and sweet, with the distinct taste of coffee, from which it is made. Kahlua also contains sugar, corn syrup and vanilla bean.
Kahlua is used to make cocktails and as a topping or ingredient in several desserts, including ice cream, cakes, and cheesecakes.

Kahlua can be used in a few notable cocktails, including the following:

    B-52
    Baby Guinness
    Black Russian
    Mudslide

I love Kahlua. It's delicious when mixed with milk, or even on the rocks. Sometimes for a summer treat, I pour it over vanilla (or chocolate) ice cream. It's a definite must have for my at home bar!

Kahula is a Mexican coffee liquor which is completely yummy on the rocks or in a myriad of mixed drinks like black Russians, rock lobsters, mudslides etc etc. The list of drinks this can make is long. Who doesn't love coffee? Kahula has a thick, syrupy consistency with rich coffee flavour. Its wonderful with coffees, over ice cream and in desserts (kahula creme brule anyone?). A classic.

Oh can I just say I was in Mexico many years back and the 750ml bottle was only $4USD in their grocery store. It made me weep! So unfair!
