This stuff is delicious, but it's pretty terrible for you. 11g of sugar per serving is not exactly a healthy breakfast. I really think sugary cerelas like this should be forced to market themselves as snacks/treats rather than as staple breakfast foods.

I love kelloggs frosted flakes, I buy them all the time and they taste so good. I love eating them for breakfast.

You just can't go wrong with buying a box of frosted flakes. The taste is great! Kids love it also. I sometimes pack some in a ziploc to travel with and snack without the milk. This is definately one of my favorites!

As a kid I loved these cereal and now I buy them from time to time because my husband likes them. They are way too sweet and I'm not sure if it's only me but they seem to get soggy pretty quick. I don't like soggy cereal.

I bought these a few days ago and i'm in love. They have the perfect amount of sugar and are so yummy!! Will be buying these more often!

Frosted Flakes is a classic. Too sweet though, I have to shake the bag well then transfer the contents in another container leaving the sugary stuff behind. Super yummy with icy cold milk...but eat very quickly (which can lead to indigestion...) or else it will get soggy. Re-living childhood memories when snacking on it directly from the jar especially while watching tv...yumminess!

I have been a huge fann of tony the tiger since I was a kid, but I have to say that the cereal has gone to the wayside in my cabinets..they still have the great taste BUT they seem to get soggy in the milk quicker than I remember and they now have a type of aftertaste that I do not enjoy. On a 5 scale i would rate it at 2.5.. and the box has less in it..

These are great! I grew up on these. Although they are made out of corn flakes, these are tasty and do the job.


Some drawbacks: hardly any nutritional value and I usually need two bowls to make me full. Not a good sign!

All in all, I like to eat these based on nostalgic value and convenience.
