These are okay, but they're not the best. If you're watching your calories these make a good quick snack because it gives you the feeling youre 'cheating' and eating chips. The crunch is good but they have a slightly styrofoamy texture while you're chewing them. Flavour is alright, nothing special. I'd rather spend my calories on something whole and satisfying, like a handful of almonds.

Not a huge fan of these chips but if you are trying to watch your weight it is nice to have something that has okay flavour with a crunch other than rice cakes. They are decently priced and have a variety of flavours which is also a selling feature.

I purchased these new crackers from an in-store display along with a promotional coupon. Currently there are three flavors: Chedder, Original and Sour Cream and Onion and I've had the chance to try all three flavors. The nutrition facts are promising and I was excited that I had found a healthy alternative to my much beloved potatoe chips. If you're able to limit yourself to the suggested serving of 18 crackers you'll be consuming 80 calories, 2 grams of fat (.5g of that is saturated fat) 160 mg of sodium, 15 g of carb's and only 1 g of sugar.

I found the Original flavor to be very bland, which is what I expected from a Special K product. Sour cream and onion was acceptable, but the Cheddar is the only box I've consumed more than once. The price is modest and I'll probably only purchase this product when they're on sale, but in the interest of eating healthier and staying fit I'll most likely be purchasing these instead of chips. However, nothing can compare to the long love affair I've had with a guilt ridden bag of chips.
