Just what I needed amazing product

I received the product quite promptly it said by April 29th got it April 9th opened the package the bottle is well labeled and clear on instructions I opened the bottle the safety seal was easy to open I took my first dose of the pill and they were easy to swallow and the taste was okay after taking the pills I followed the instructions of eating with in a half hour and drinking a glass of water and about a hour of doing that I already feel more energy then I would normally have I would definitely recommend this product it is a great dietary supplement that will work along with the other stuff in the keto diet and exercise.
