A great twist on the original!

I love the original Kit Kat bar and the unique flavours they have been coming up with. This one is delicious! It's almost like a mashup of Kit Kat plus Coffee Crisp bar (which we have here in Canada). It has a delicious creamy texture with the unique flavours of tiramisu and coffee notes. It's delicious, but not the healthiest treat!

Good but slightly underwhelming

Pretty good - sweet, but not as flavourful and creamy as I would have liked. This flavour - especially the mascarpone portion - reminds me of the white chocolate Kit Kat but with a hint of espresso. Keep in mind that if you want to eat both flavours in one bite, you will have to bite into two bars since the coffee and mascarpone flavours alternate. Overall, this is decent and maybe worth trying if you like subtle coffee flavoured chocolate and white chocolate.

Taste Test Tuesday: Tiramisu KitKat 🍫☕

So the idea is that the dark ones are espresso and and light ones are mascarpone. I think it's neat that they did the 2 separate flavors so its almost like 3 chocolate bars in one depending on how you eat them.

I am not a huge coffee fan but I do like real tiramisu cake so I figured I would give it a shot.

Opening the package you are instantly hit with an overwhelming coffee scent. I was a little turned off from eating these for a bit because of it.

I want to say it's a coffee and mascarpone filling mixed with the wafers and milk and white chocolate on top.

When you bite into it surprisingly the coffee flavour is quite mild when mixed with the chocolate. The mascarpone on it's own is quite sweet.

My preference would be to eat the 2 colors together for that tiramisu flavour. Its pretty good and really close to the real thing flavour wise. If you like coffee you'll probably enjoy this one more then I have. I'm glad I found it on sale but I'll most likely never buy it again.

Too sweet, have a Coffee Crisp instead

I was very excited to try this chocolate bar, Kit Kat is one of my favourite chocolate bars to indulge in, and I absolutely love coffee in all of its different forms.

As soon as I opened the package, I could smell the coffee flavour (it is more of an espresso than coffee flavour) and was instantly excited to bite into my first bar. However, the combination of all of the flavours was not what I was expecting.

Overall, I find this bar way too sweet (which is surprising for me as I have quite the sweet tooth), and I didn't think the coffee/espresso flavour paired well with the chocolate at all.

Bottom line: buy a Coffee Crisp instead, a much better combination of coffee and chocolate.

I have always loved KitKat. So i'm wary when it comes to new flavours.. I got this for Valentine's day and man o man, it did not disappoint! The aroma, the taste and the integrity of the wafer was all there. Ugh, now to stop myself from eating the whole bar ;)

New flavours for the win!

Recently, my boyfriend and I have discovered some new flavours of Kit Kat at Wal-Mart. While some of the other ones are good, this one is great and got the seal of approval from four of us!

It really does taste like tiramisu and I would buy it again for certain. It's a great large size for sharing.
