Its my go-to for baking or making dough.

This is a great kitchen appliance that has helped me to make various cookie batters and pasta dough. The item is very bulky, and quite heavy and takes a lot of space on the counter. I bought the pasta attachment and didn't feel like it worked all that well because the motor has a burning smell to it, so I would be careful with the attachments that you buy for it.

I've used three of these now - my mom's from the early 80s, one I bought in the UK about 10 years ago and now back in the US, the one my brother gave me (as he has Mom's old one!)

I love it for when I'm making butter or sauerkraut, these things which take a lot of beating...

My only gripe with the current models is that the change in bowl shape makes it harder to get perfect mixing at the bottom.

This is my holy grail kitchen item! I use my mixer as much as possible! I love making cookies and cakes and this mixer is so effective and really makes my baked goods come out to a restaurant quality!

I got this as a gift and I love it. It might be a little bulky for my small counter space but i love using it when i do!
