Didn’t enjoy the flavor.

Out of the 3 packages I received I liked this one the least, but it is just a manner of personal taste. I didn’t enjoy the flavor. It was easy to make, and the consistency was good. I appreciate the grocery list that was included. I won’t buy this one again, but I’d would try others.

I teach immigrants to Canada, so I am lucky enough to sometimes get food made for me from all over the world from scratch, and I have had many Moroccan students. So, I was a little bit hesitant, and felt like this might not give me the flavours I crave.
However , I will say that it was better than I thought, the flavours come through, and while not being perhaps "genuine" Moroccan, it was tasty and pretty easy to put together. I think that for a quick weekday meal, it is something that changes up the routine and is exciting.

Not a bad one skillet meal

I received the KNORR ONE SKILLET MEALS IN MOROCCAN CHICKEN WITH BARLEY free to try and give a review. This is an easy, quick and delicious meal to make. I just added some pre-cooked chicken and off we went. A fairly easy meal especially if you are in a hurry. The seasoning was nice. I was a little worried that the flavour would be to strong or overpowering but I liked it just great. Not a 100% sold on the raisins in it as my family is not big raisin fans, but the ones that didn't want them just picked them out. Definitely a enjoyable meal and will be looking for these when I go shopping.

This was my least favourite of the three flavours; BUT only because I'm not very fond of raisins.
That being said, the cauliflower and chicken I added gave the dish a nice full meal appeal. My husband loved it even with the raisins lol
Overall it's a good value and lets one prepare a different kind of meal you might not always have in a reasonable amount of time.

You have to buy this!

I received this free from Family Rated. I made this tonight for supper and it was an instant hit. My toddler cleaned his plate and my husband went back for seconds. It has a great unique flavor without being overwelming and the barley is such a great change. The directions are easy to follow and it takes exactly how long the package says to make it. Love it. Will get it again!

Everyone's favourite new dish!

To say that our family liked the Knorr one skillet meals, Moroccan chicken with barley is an understatement, everyone raved about it! From the moment I pour the pack in the boiling water, the smell in the kitchen made my mouth water! my kids also came into see what we were eating since it smelled so good! I had never really cooked barley for my kids and they really enjoyed it (so did my husband and I). Instead of cauliflower we used a red pepper since none of us are huge fans of cauliflower and it was
a great addition. The Knorr skillet meals take a little more time and prep than the regular Knorr entrées (and the steps were slightly confusing - I couldn't figure out if the chicken should stay in or not when I was cooking the barley, in theh end I set it aside) but it was worth it. I would say that it was tastier when eaten right away as opposed to re-heated, but it was still good. I highly recommend this product and I will definitely be buying it again! #Gotitfree

My family loved it. We are a very busy family and this is something quick to have with leftover chicken also. We use a lot of the Knorr mixes. I like the fact that you can taste spices that other countries use; almost makes you feel like you have been to that country.

Smells amazing!

I'm a big time foodie and love to try food from all over the world. So when I received this, I was super excited but kept my expectations low because, well, I wasn't sure about Moroccan style dinner from a package. I must say this exceeded my expectations and was a hit! It was so easy and quick to make and I love how versatile this recipe is. You can make this any way you like and if you don't like meat, try it with firm tofu or hard boiled eggs instead. I omitted the raisins because no one likes raisins in our house and added currants and walnuts in its place. The package states that this is enough for 4 servings but we found it was enough for 2-3. I'll definitely be buying this again and am glad I #gotitfree to try.

Amazing

Tried this new skillet meal and was a little skeptic with raisins carrots and cauliflower mix. Was pleasantly surprised it all mixed so well. The taste exploded in my mouth! Would definitely buy again and recommend to everyone

Tasted Great

Tasted Pretty good and with an easy list of extras to complete the recipe is great for an easy dinner after work. The spices work quite well together.
