Great texture, nice Mexican style spices

I was a little skeptical of the beans in this as sometimes they have a strange, almost powdery texture to them in packaged side dishes, but they were actually really good. There isn't very many though and the pieces of peppers etc are quite small and some are a little bitter tasting. The taste and texture of the vegetables, beans and rice in this side dish is definitely an improvement on the standard packaged side dish but not as good as from scratch. The spices were alright, a standard "Mexican" spice combo.

If I were to purchase this again I think I would use to to mix with cooked ground beef or shredded chicken with some added black beans as a burrito filling. Otherwise it was just ok, better than a standard packaged side dish but not quite worth the extra cost of the Knorr 'Selects' line.

Nous aimons beaucoup les produits knorr mais nou n'avons pas particulièrement aimé le goût mexicain et l'ajout de fèves rouges. Ce n'est pas la saveur gagnante pour les enfants!

Great dish!

Love the flavor in this dish. Easy to follow instructions and pretty packaging. I love anything Mexican and this did not disappoint. Received a coupon in the mail so #igotitfree
I love Knorr and it's products. They help make dinner easier when you are lacking time and energy.

I would not use this product

I personally did not like this product. The taste was horrible and didn't taste like Mexican rice at all. It was easy to make but made a huge mess of the pots. I found it very dry

Will buy again and again

Knorr Selects Rustic Mexican Rice & Beans are a delicious side dish. Very easy fast and easy to make. My 18 month old son loves this product. He screamed for more.

I love Knorr Selects! They are typically on sale for $1.00 and come in so many flavours! This one is absolutely delicious!!! Its SO simple to make as well and can feed a few people. So worth it! Great for an easy mexican night!

Riz mexicain et bean

J'ai adorée ce riz , ces vite fait pour des repas presser
Je trouve pour la quantitée il en a pas assez dans le sachet , je grossirais un peu le sachet mais apart sa toute est correcte

J'étais curieuse de goûter ce produit. J'ai été agréablement surprise ! Il est facile à préparer et tout simplement délicieux. J'y ai ajouté de la saucisse et un peu de fromage Tex Mex. Ca dépanne pour un petit dîner pressé et c'est succulent. Ma fille et moi avons adoré. Et l'emballage est attrayant en plus. Je vais m'assurer de toujours en avoir dans mon garde-manger.

Ma fille et moi avons bien aimé. Ce côté épicé ravive nos papilles. Nous nous serions cru au Mexique et non pas dans notre cuisine au Québec.

I recieved this to try and am honestly very surprised! It has beans mixed into which is a nice switch up from the regular knorrs we have had! Itd be perfect to make fajitas with:)
