I was super excited to try this, I had a few new lip stains and tubes that I wanted to experiment with.
The tube is sleek and cute with a flap tip on the end almost like a small paddle, which is used to apply the product. The first time I used it was disappointed, it didn't work and I swear my lip color was gone before I even left the house in the morning, but after asking a fellow chick, she reminded me to really shake the tube, which I am sure I didn't do as I was in a big rush.
I have used it properly for the last couple of weeks and I have to say it does help the color last. It does not last all day, for me, it lasts a couple of hours max. You really need to shake the tube, and shake it some more to be on the safe side. It has a gel like consistency, apply it liberally over the top and bottom, do not rub your lips together and leave them separated and really let the product dry.
I am on the fence whether I would buy this. I received mine in the premium welcome package and for $25 a tube, I would want it prolong my lip color for a least a couple of more hours than what it did. For now, I am going to use up the rest and hunt for another product which I can compare it to.

I got this in my ChickAdvisor Premium bag and was so excited too have a top coat for my lipstick. I have used a couple in the past but had no luck with them and I actually didn't have much luck with this topcoat as well. The packaging is super cute, small in size so you can carry it with you, and has no fragrance too it. I wouldn't have minded a nice light citrus smell too it, but it didn't bother me that it didn't have any.

The application is quite strange. It is in a form of a small spatula, It wasn't the most easiest method of application but it did the job that needed to be done. A brush form would have worked a lot better, but I imagine it would be harder too keep clean after using different lipstick colors. When I put this on lips it was a very smooth application, but they I noticed my lipstick going from a nice shine too a matte look, not only that it dried out my lips pretty bad, and the lines in my lips were accentuated. I had no idea that I had that much wrinkles in my lips after using this product because it made them show up pretty bad. I also noticed that after it dried within 10 minutes I felt a gritty, sand feeling on my lips, as if the product just clumped on my lips. I did experiment with many different lip sticks and tried too put more of the product on and less of the product one and it still made zero difference.

I did test out the lipstick and kissed a white paper and drank my coffee and my lipstick did not come off, which is the purpose of this lipstick. So if you don't mind the gritty feeling and the matte look then this product may work for you, but unfortunately I don't think I will buy this product in the future.

You can buy this online for approx 25.00$ CAN. I have seen it at Sephora as well.

For what you get the price of this product is reasonable, but I didn't notice any major differences wearing my lipstick throughout the day. I applied this over a cream lipstick and I found that it made gliding easier, but the pigment itself stayed a little longer on my lips without the lipstick I guess, though I could have just been searching for it this time around. If you're looking for something to do the trick and you have extra cash I'd say give this a try, but I'm not convinced that it makes a huge difference.

I received this product with my premium membership and love it. It goes on clear with the applicator brush that reminds me of a nail polish applicator brush. Very easy to apply and lasts. No more leaving lipstick marks on glasses or hubby's lips. Great product!

I fount his topcoat to work well until you eat something. I use luxury brand lipsticks, and they too last until I eat something. For me, it's not worth buying or using, as it doesn't prolong the life of my lipsticks any further than it would without this topcoat.

This product is like magic! When you've finished applying your lipstick, put a coat of this product on top. Let it dry and your lipstick will stay for the whole day/night! My lipstick was still on after a dinner party with friends! I ate and drank during the night and my lipstick faded a bit but not to the point where I need to reapply it! Definitely will repurchase. The only thing is i when you're done applying the product, make sure it is dry. Sometimes, while drying, it will leave white spots on your lips so you need to reapply lipstick over it.

This product from Know Cosmetics is a waxy coating that is applied over top of lipstick to keep give it a long wearing ability. There is a little spatula that you use to apply over lipstick and then wipe clean before inserting back in the tube. I have tried this with a couple of my darker lipsticks and found that it works well. You do need to reapply lipstick about half way through the work day or after eating, but it stays on longer and for bright red lipstick it stays in place.

It's not a miracle product that lets me have perfect lipstick all day, but it definitely improved by ability to wear brighter colours for longer without smudging.

I recieved this in my Chick Advisor Premium bag and was excited to try it. However I was really disappointed. First of all, it stung when it applied. It felt like my lips were being burned. I normaly have no reactions to make up products so I am unsure what could have caused that feeling.
Secondly, the product did not make my lipstick last any longer than normal. It came off on my coffee cup, and then by 10:00am, I had no lipstick left and had to reapply my lipstick (I used Kat Von D studded lipstick for this test).
Third, The applicator was very hard and it was easier to apply by putting this on a lip brush.
Fourth, the price. $25 is a bit steep for a subpar product.

I will not be using this again.

I love this product! It really does seal my lipstick. No more lips on cups!! Very smooth and IT WORKS!! I will buy this product when it is empty. No woman should be without this!

I have always been a lip chewer. I have tried lip stains, lip pencils, lip dyes...my lipstick would always have to be reapplied a couple times a day. The lipsticks that were supposed to last all day would dry my lips and still come off. THIS product is awesome! I use it every day and don't have to reapply for the whole day, sometimes. My lips are not dry, they look like I just put fresh lipstick on them...for the whole day. Love, love, love this product.
