Love these for fajitas or omeletes!!!

I like to purchase this shredded cheese blend for tacos or fajitas. The sauces and spices in those dishes are hot enough and the mild taste cheddar, Colby and Monterey Jack is cool and creamy cutting down on the heat. A light taste that is not too overpowering. Can be used in all your favourite dishes.
