Moisturizing yet in a liquid form

Kuni Japanese Quince Natural Hydrating Moisturizing Lotion:
I thought this was a toner and I used it such. Very grateful for my friend who has gifted this toner to me 🎁.It is quite liquidy with a bit of a body to it. I really didn't google the name of the product until now. Opps!
It is quite hydrating and I used a cotton pad to apply. I personally didn't think it worked well on my acne prone days. After learning that I have sensitive skin, I learned to coop with it better. This product no longer bother my skin anymore. I basically simplified my skincare . Back to the basics! ✏️ I did find it a little heavy so I would use a lighter serum and cream. I have mixed opinion on this item. I experience the worst of times and the best of time with my skin. I can't tell if it is due to this or not. Based on this, I will not be repurchasing.
