Amazing for Dry skin!

I have severe dry skin,especially in the winter! This is such a quick fix and I swear it helps with my acne too! It makes my skin so smooth and makes makeup much easier to apply. Great product.

Poor snails

OK, I won't lie. This cream is very moisturising. The packaging is adorable. I just can't get over the fact that's it's SNAIL SLIME. And when I read up on it (because I Google EVERYTHING), I found out the poor snails are shaken around and suffer quite a bit just to get a little bit of slime to make this cream. Big thumbs down!

I received this product with my Ipsy subscription. Ladykin packaged this cream in a very cute snail container. I was very curious to know if the snail cream would have a different odour. I am glad to report that it smells just like any other face creams! I have not yet decided to put this product on my face but I did try it on my hands. It is very light, almost silky and left my hands as smooth as a baby’s butt. Maybe I will work the courage to try it on my face!

I know a lot of people probably see this and are immediately turned off by the thought of rubbing snail secretion on their face (I don't think I'm helping lol), but the cream is so refreshing and you would never know there was something "uncommon" in it. The consistency is almost like a cream/gel hybrid, so light and soothing. There is no scent, which I love simply because its such a personal thing, everyone has different likes and dislikes. My skin is combination skin, with a tendency to break out around that time of the month. I usually only use this at night because it is very hydrating. I'm sure it reacts to all skin differently, but if you have oil skin prone to severe acne you may want to stick to a small amount at first. And of course, there is the cutest packing EVER! I have had the full size and now have the sample one and it is sooooo cute. Thinking I will clean it out once I use the cream to store medication or jewellery in my purse.
