I have tried many make up removers thinking that they all must be pretty much the same. They definitely are not. This is the best one I have ever used. You may think that there are cheaper ones out there. And there are. But this is good value for you money as you don't need to use as much of it.

This worked amazingly well - all eye makeup is gone in an instant. The product can often be felt in the eyes afterward and is quite expensive for its function, though.

It is one of the greatest make up remover of all time. it get through waterproof makeup and is so soft on skin. it does not irritate my eyes and gets the job done.

This is probably the best makeup remover I've ever used. It's gentle enough that it doesn't irritate my eyes, but effective enough to remove every last STITCH of makeup/eyeshadow/liner, even waterproof mascara! You only need the smallest amount of this product so it lasts a really long time, which I think justifies the high price tag.

tried all brands of make-up remover trying to find one that did not irritate the skin under my eyes. I finally was given a bottle of Bi-Facil by a friend. I will never use another make-up remover again! It does not irritate the skin around my eyes and removes waterproof mascara wonderfully! This works fine, but I don't think it's amazing considering the price of this product. Does it take off waterproof make-up, yes of course. But it also leaves a pretty greasy residue around the eyes. So really nothing special for the ridiculous price.

Bi-Facil is the best eye makeup remover for my sensitive eyes. I have severe allergies to many other eye makeup removers on the market, and this is the first one that takes my waterproof mascara off with one cotton pad per eye (as compared to needing several swipes with other brands). It does have some oil in it, but is mostly used as an accelerant for the remover liquid to ensure no tugging or smudging. Best product I've ever used!!

This is the best eye makeup remover on the planet! Shake it well before use and it is amazing, the feel after, the fact it doesn't burn your eyes and it works! Lasts a long time also. Been using it for years and will never try anything else. Natural results..

While I do love this makeup remover, and I find it amazingly effective, I have come to believe it is simply not worth the price. I have never been disappointed by the product itself, I just think that there are other types of makeup removing products that do the job just as well. If price is not an issue for you, then go ahead and buy this product, you will love it. A little goes a long way, and a bottle will last you a while. However, I have found that simple makeup removing wipes from the drugstore fulfill the same purpose and do not leave my face with the same oily sheen afterwards. Regardless, I do think this is a good product that definitely works. My grandmother swears by it!

Also, be careful! I have had issues with this product leaking while travelling, one would think that the packaging would keep the liquid from escaping the packaging but unfortunately not. Luckily I had put it inside a plastic bag so nothing was ruined, but it was still disappointing to lose such an expensive product!

This luxurious oil eye makeup remover is fairly gentle (I personally need something a bit more soothing) and provides superior removal of any drop of product you could otherwise not erase. Very soft consistency with only about the size of a quarter spilt into a cotton pad necessary to remove a very dark smokey eye! Actually smells quite nice as well. Leaves your skin feeling soft and smooth! Use this on its own or add it to your facial towelettes for a deep clean. I have never used a better eye makeup remover!
