DISASTER

This is the worst product I have ever seen in my life! The dye does not come out and there is barely anything inside! Literally had to cut open the container because it all of a sudden stopped coming out of the bottle! Tried everything to get it to work again and nothing happened so had to get the scissors and cut down the side of the container! Which of course made a huge mess and this dye is also a lot darker than what it is advertised as! I don’t see this product lasting long before it’s discontinued!

Just alright

This product was just alright to use, but we found that it didn’t do the best job of covering gray hairs. It was easy to use in terms of instructions, but found it to be fairly patchy. Maybe we didn’t use it correctly? Regardless, we may consider it in the future, but are hesitant due to lack of even coverage.

Quick and easy to use

This product is very easy to use -- just open, shake, remove the tab, and apply. The product was fairly easy to apply, just required some squeezing. I wish there was a conditioner to use after application. The "light brown" colour I received is very dark on my hair, more dark brown than light brown. Hair looks and feels soft.
