Leaves my face feeling silky and refreshed

I love this toner!! first of all it smells super good and really leaves my face feeling clean. I've noticed my skin tone has evened out a lot in the past 3 weeks I've been using it and my face always feels much softer after! use it every single night. :)

I bought this as I am trying to develop a better skincare routine and I wanted to start off with the basics. This toner I bought from a discount store for super cheap and I would buy it again and again and again. It removes the remainder of makeup, it smooths my skin and leaves it feeling super soft, and a great base for my other skincare steps!
