Love this stuff. I have sooooooo much eyeshadow but I always seem to wear my HIP shadows the most. They match what I'm wearing and they have such an intense color it makes my eyes stand out. One of my favorites for sure.

This is the product to get when you dont want to spend a lot of money for very good eyeshadow. The dual sets are meant to be used together and come with little applicators and a mirrored bottom case. Loreal offers awesome new shades that often include shimmers. The shadows are thick and multiple applications are not necessary to achieve a noticable look. They are easy to blend and they do not crease during the day.

This eyeshadow pigment is amazing and is works just as well as mac pigments at almost half the price to but as for the color selection you are very limited in color options but i will say that mac pigments have a very good color selection and you do get alot more..So they both are very good options it would just depend on your price range..

Are you looking for quality eyeshadows at a reasonable price? Then L'Oreal HIP Duo it is! I've never imagined I would find drugstores eyeshadows as vibrant as highend products like MAC, Too Faces, Urban Decay, etc. What I like about the duo is how the colours compliment each other - its really like getting a two for one deal. You can use one shadow or spice it up using two shadows. Its all about your preference. I highly recommend this product for those who are looking to enhance their make up artistry, but doesn't want to spend a fortune on high end products. I appreciate this line because it really gives great quality for such an amazing price. I bought three of them thus far and I'm getting more pretty soon!

These eyeshadows are great. I bought the one called forgiving.
I'll be honest, I have a really hard time with eyeshadow and rely on expensive brands to help me. I wear Lancome, I figured I would try a L'Oreal brand eyeshadow in lieu of Lancome (L'Oreal owns Lancome, so they make similar products)
My lids are oily ( I'm saving for a primer) but at the end of the day held up well.

I'm glad I did. I will repurchse.

What I like about it:
The eyeshadows not only the colors are perfectly paired-up and pretty, they are also increadibly pigmented. The swatches you're looking at are applied once WITHOUT a base. It shows up in one swipe. The eyeshadows didn't feel chalky, but it was soft like butter! The texture actually reminded me of Veluxe Pearl eyeshadows from MAC. All colors are also wearable whether it be by day or night. Use the lighter side for everyday looks, and by night smoke it up with the darker side. The glitters or reflects on the darker side are not chunky or insanely glittery. It's just enough to complement its partnering color. The eyeshadows also blended really well and easily. And what's not to like about the price? For $7-8 a pop, you get two eyeshadows! It's even better with the BOGOF deal (all 4 shadows equaling ONE MAC eyeshadow)!

Oh, and as someone has pointed out, the deep plum shade in the Sculpted duo is a dupe for MAC's Beauty Mark. That's one eyeshadow less you have to get from MAC and at a cheaper price.

What I don't like about it:
You can't depot it :(. I like my eyeshadows depotted, but that's just my personal preference. Very limited color selection since there are only five eyeshadow duos available. I had some trouble opening the packaging, but that's some minor detail. Other than that, I can't think of any!

Overall:
I will definitely purchase more on this line if more colors become available! It's probably my favorite drugstore makeup right now because of it's quality and price.
