I love the no touch system but mine starts whenever you pass your hand in front even when you don't want it. It can't be to close to the faucet, otherwise it leaks and I have to close it off.

I thought this was a good price, although I find it has its crazy moments. Sometimes it will just randomly start leaking soap everywhere and it won't stop until I turn it off and reset it. Maybe there is something wrong with just mine. I do like the no touch aspect of it, although I like foam soap better. I would recommend you try it though.

This is a pretty neat product. There is nothing exceptional about it, but it does what it is supposed to and it works well. It's convenient to have and at such an affordable price, it was definitely a good purchase.

Lower price please. more different smells like lavender and vanilla.

This product is a good idea in theory but is kind of a pain. The refill containers are small and expensive compared to the size of refills for regular soap dispensers. When I get around to filling mine to use(which I don't use much) I pry open my empty container myself and refill it with soap that is considerably less expensive but just as effective. I just can't bring myself to buy that teeny little refill bottle when I try to save money in most areas of our lives.

I've used this for a few months now and its great. Keeps the dirty, germ hands off the soap dispenser. That's a plus with kids.

First off, I have to say that the original investment is a little pricey. I have used pump style hand soaps for years, but saw this on the shelf with an MIR and decided to try it. I am very happy that I did. It will not replace my pump soaps in the bathrooms, but it is a god send in the kitchen. When I have been cutting or touching raw meat, I would prefer not to touch anything else before I wash my hands and the No Touch aspect of this product helps with that. Sometimes I find it dispenses too much soap and others the sensor doesn't seem to work, but overall it is a good product.

I also bought this only because of the mail in rebate. It was a great little system especially in the kitchen when handling meat and you don't want to touch the faucet. However once the soap was finished I never bought the refills. They are overpriced and even when on sale I can get other soap way cheaper.
